13 miles to Gunter FROM SHERMAN (AND AREAS NORTH)

• From Highway 56 out of Sherman, turn south on Highway 289.
• Go approximately 13 miles to Gunter.
• Turn east onto College Street – go approximately ½ mile.
• The Howard Apartments are located on the North side of the street.

FROM THE METROPLEX

• North on Highway 75 (Central Expressway out of Dallas) to van Alstyne.
• Take exit 51; turn left at the red light (you will be travelling west).
• After approximately 10 miles you will come to Highway 289 in Gunter.
• Turn right (North) on 289 for approximately ½ mile, then turn right on College St.
