We require drug testing and conduct criminal background checks on all new hires as well as random drug testing through the year and annual criminal checks on all employees. Part of our new hire screening also includes running a check on all new hires through the Texas Misconduct Registry and the Texas Nurse Aide Registry. This will also be done annually on all employees. Applicants must provide verifiable references and phone numbers, or character references is this is their first job.
